Just had to reload my PC from bare bones windows again...

What are some programs you guys consider essentials for a gaming rig? I’m looking for a hardware monitor, auto driver updater, game launchers, things you have to have on a gaming PC. I can’t remember what all I had before.

MSI Afterburner.

I also use Core Temp.

On top of that I never use Auto driver updates. I just updated the drivers myself.

An Anti-virus software (I use Avira. I know people say common sense is the best defence, which it is, but common sense isn't gonna save your ass if you make the mistake of downloading a virus accidentally.)

Firefox Quantum

Geforce Experience (If you're using a Nvidia GPU)

Discord or TeamSpeak 3 (I use both)

Grab a wallpaper & rainmeter (Or wallpaper engine if you've got that)

7zip

Notepad++ or Sublimetext

Microsoft Office (If your work requires that/school)

Spotify (If you enjoy listening to music, any music platform works really)

That's all that can come off the top of my head right now, but obviously you'll want to download programs that you use often/know will be using.
