Someone should make a table build with a window in the user side on top of the cpu, with a fan pushing the hot air towards the user. In summer, put a lid on that window. Just a thought...

the heater doesnt have to be right next to you to keep you warm a new heater can keep a room warm without much effort

Theyres a company that will install servers into your home, they put out that much heat to boil water or run your heater, they then pay you the power usage for that server and so they can use the server for supercomputer shit. From memory the companys only in early phases with this, but the plan is to be able utilize wasted heat, and so that way the company doesnt have to worry about whenever expanding, if they have enough room for more.
