I’d suggest Arma 3 after reading your comment about shooting people and not killing them immediately

Battlefield 1, there is a leveling system but it mostly just shows that someone has played longer

Levels in Overwatch just separate skill levels. I love it, very casual if you want it to be or super competitive too if that's your bag.
