Not sure about official servers but on nitrado servers alliances cannot use dinos and can only access structures if either unlocked or pin coded.

You can pin code all your doors and gates for them but nothing you can do about the tames

I have extra profiles that I use to create admin characters for ally tribe's. That way if I need a dino I can just switch over. The pin codes and such get annoying and its not ideal, but that's my work around

We were on official an i could go to are alliances base an use his rex to breed with mine. I know it was possible so have they nurffd it

Can't use your Dino's but you can pin code your base and they can use it and there Dino's can feed from your troughs
