In most cases no, just go with the norm evga, msi, asus, etc... founders editions more or less just look cool...

They are worth in a mini iTX build. They tend to have restricted airflow, so the blower style makes sense to push hot air out of the case.

If you're going to do a custom water cooling loop for your GPU, yes. If not, just go with EVGA etc
