I have a vive and I love it. But if you are just a causal gamer with no VR enutheasim other than some games and some porn then just get a Samsung gear or any phone hmd

Get VR to just watch things imo. I feel like VR is the new gimmick like motion controls for the wii.

If you really wanna get into VR get the HTC Vive and the chinese wireless addon.

The only con i had back then was the wire, and sure enough they made a addon for it to make it wireless + new controllers but so far they are semi hard to get.

Dk2, cheep works but no hand tracking, rift can get headset only if that's all you want, Vive is probably best currently tho the light house system can be a pain if it gets knocked or moved

pros: its great. Lots of great vr games out there and games like superhot is beautiful in htc vive cons: you gonna need at least gtx 1060-titan x
