The losers will possibly be small companies and websites that are just starting out, according to this article. I don't think we as end users will see any difference in the services we use now. If the ISP's started throttling traffic they'd have a mutiny on their hands.

How to start world war 3, force the end of net neutrality, refuse to change it back, sit back shocked as your nukes get hacked and lift off without authorisation. Realize in last few seconds that maybe ending net neutrality was a bad idea.

Simple, threaten the FCC with bombings and assassinations if they end net neutrality, if they refuse to listen then start killing any and all employees of the FCC. That's how you deal with corrupt officials

I'm not a fan of Ajit Pai, the Trump appointee at the head of the FCC but honestly all of you outside the US have nothing to worry about. This is all about the regulated behavior of local ISP's, the ones who control those last few hops to your home. The backbone will not be affected.
