There are tactics to it, like as Symmetra switching to a skin where your turrets don't stand out as much in whatever level you're playing. Though I'd like the feature, I doubt they'll see need to implement it.

ive been saying for a while that blizzard should add a "random" option for skins and every match the skin changes but only the skins u have though

It would be cool if there was something like a load out screen when you pick your character so that you can equip skins and voice lines and whatever else during the countdown to game start, and make it so that when the game starts it takes you out of the screen entirely

That would start to cause meta gaming and would be an advantage for people who have more skins. It doesn't seem like it but even if it's a small advantage it's still an advantage in a fight if your skin matches the area better. The way it is you are selecting and using that skin for sure no matter the map.

Some skins offer disadvantage, like McCree has one where's he's glowing yellow, practically screams "shoot me", but it's really just not picking something that's too easy to spot.
