Yea, it's a rendering memory issue, Ark has been trying to fix it for months now. Tip, always have your flyer on follow, carry a parachute and fly low

Turn off your blur effect and there is another option that is like "high detail" or something in your options screen. Turn those off and it'll help the ps4 handle the game a little more. That may not help when entering caves though. I can't stop that. Some say getting a PS4 pro will help some of it but that's more money down the hole.
