I have just built my first pc an my monitor won’t read a signal from my tower

Yeah should I plug my hdmi cable into my graphics card or motherboard

Always into the graphics card if you have one, if still no signal then make sure gpu is inserted correctly and then make sure your ram is in the correct slot. If that fails then try with only 1 stick of ram. Let me know how ytou get on

Also make sure your gpu is plugged into any 6pin or 8pin supplies needed

If still no joy then take graphics card out and try the motherboard and repeat the ram check]
