I have done everything this is my last resort. I recently upgraded my pc, I went to go install windows but my mouse and keyboard are not working. But they work fine in the eufi. I have been doing this for 6 hours. I am trying to install Windows 7 pro, I called Microsoft I called Asus I called asrock and nothing.

Specs:
motherboard: ASROCK AB350M-HDV
cpu: ryzen 5 1500x
ram- 8gb corsair vengeance lpx 2400mhz ram
gpu: GeForce gt730 (upgrading to a 1070)
storage Toshiba 1tb hardrive.

Have to use USB 2.0 ports.

Are you installing legacy or uefi?

Also make sure you have the mot current bios.

Had this with my friend's build, there was an option in bios about legacy usb or something like that.
