I have a few question about the NES and SNES minis.Has anyone connected their consoles to their surround sound systems and if so what sound channel(s) output do they or rather can they support?

We have it plugged into our Pioneer receiver via HDMI. Set it to Dolby surround when playing which gives us Pro Logic 2 for stuff not encoded in 5.1.
