to start off, everything low

overwatch you want everything on low regardless. i have a 240hz with g-sync running it on low everything and 75%.i get 300fps on low, and thats why i did it.

Well, lag has nothing to do with settings.
Tearing usually occurs when you processing frames faster than your monitor can refresh. Hence the use of v sync
