I'd be worried about the 3 GB of vram. That's why I'm going for the 6 Gb version. A lot of modern games are using more than 3 gigs now.

16gb of ram is about the max r3quired to game in 1080p or even 4k.
The ryzen 7 is a bit overkill for gaming. Most gaming rigs do not need more than 4 cores even up to currently at 4k. I might have shifted some of your budget to a better gpu
