I don't know how to gauge distances properly in overwatch. it seems like my hook should well... hook but it doesn't any tips?

i think its a lot to do with practice, for me its easy to judge cause i have like 400 hours on roadhog but even now i misjudge distances

It's just practice, for sure. I used to be butt with hog, but now I usually have at least 65% of my hooks landed, which I think is pretty decent. Just keep at it. Test distances on training bots, even, maybe?
