i currently have a intel pentium g4560 with a geoforce gtx 1050 and 8gb of ram im looking to upgrade my CPU maybe to an and i3 7100 or i5 but im not to sure which one i should go im gonna be gaming/streaming so any suggestion on which one i should choose would be great thanks

I would go with the i5, more physical cores is always better than hyper-threading, and you'll get better performance at lower clocks with less heat.

Upgrade toa. I5.. The difference between the g4560 and the i3 6100 is within 5%

Get an i5 6400, if you can add you can git either a 6600k if you want to overclock or 7500

The i3 is basically the same thing as the G4560, get an i5

Upgrade from g4560 to i3 7100 doesn't worth it .....Save some more and go for i5
