hi , in order to get the max out of my leveling , the only milestones i should save for after 265+ are the ones with "Powerful Gear" rewards , am i right? i can do all the other milestones? thanks

i still have all my powerful gear upgrades to get and still have to get 3 pieces of armor at 265. should i use a +5 mod on this just to get higher overall light now?
