Hi,

Did your switch fan getting loud when docked? Mine while in handheld is perfect silent but when I put it in dock fan is getting loud and console is warm after couple minutes of gameplay. Just want to know if its normal.

Depends how loud and how hot.. It will Run hotter and louder in the dock, because the switch is geting more power, it runs the processor harder to get better resolution and fps while docked
But if it's abnormally hot after a few minutes then something could be wrong

Getting warm is normal even mine does that .

Nitendo says that games as zelda may make you switch heat alote and put also the ventilation on max speed but that's normal and should not be considered a defect. (On the dock)
