Hi all. I have a gtx 1080 and a 1440p 144hz monitor. The monitor is great for gaming but isn't great for work. So I want to get another display. While I'm gaming, the other display would be idle. But will having a second display connected, even if its only showing my homepage, have a significant impact on my fps in game? Informed answers only please.

It will be not by much, regular graphics and YouTube etc isn't a huge draw on the gpu. If it becomes an issue you can switch the monitor off in your settings

Nah I use a 27" 1440p as my main and a 55" 4k on the wall above it.

It will impact but because you are driving more pixels, but it does depending on what you are doing just a webpage should be fairly minimal but an impact none the less.

Won't effect it , I have 4 panels connected and doesn't hurt me in any way.
