Hey guys, I've been having a problem for the past day. In both games and videos, I'm getting red and green marks and lines across the screen. They seem to trace objects, like faces, etc. It happens in faster moving scenes, but when i stop moving or pause the movie they disappear. It happened on my gtx 970, and my new 1070. I've uninstalled the drivers and did a fresh install and didn't change anything. Here's a slow motion video to show you what's happening. Any suggestions?

what refresh rate is monitor? and what cable are you using?

Try fast sync in the nvidia control panel.

If you have a 60hz monitor and you're getting significantly more than 60fps you need to either use v-sync or lock the frame rate using rivatuner

I would automatically go for the gpu but since it has happened to 2 cards of yours already I would go with the monitor
