Hmmm then I think you should uninstall and reinstall the game reading through a lot of people had this issue and if restarting the pc didn't fix it reinstalling pubg seemed to work..i hope this helps or someone else can maybe have a better solution
Simply tuning off your pc and turning it won't back on you can't be in test sign mode as Dustin said just simply google it my friend best thing you can do
