Go to your psn settings, storage, save data, ark then delete everything in the folder

Restart PS4 a friend did that and it worked

I deleted all saved data in storage the only thing you loose is the skins you're map is not filled in and you have not found any explorer notea

All you gotta delete is your recent configure file on ark that's all
