Hello guys. Really need your help. Windows Explorer uses like 50% of my CPU at all times. I tried the usual stuff like restarting it,manually stopping it and starting in manually again and even used Avira and Malwarebytes to scan for viruses etc. I noticed that the problem doesn't exist when I logged in as another user and not as my main (Administrator of the PC). I'm desperate for your help. This has been going on for quite some time.

what CPU do you have

Go In safe mode and tell us if still you have high cpu usage

To see, if you dont then it's 3rd party program.

try kill the process and open the explorer again via run command. if still happen then check your hdd health, if it's good my suggestion is re-install the windows.
