Hello everyone I really need your help! So the other day I noticed that my steam updates were taking forever and when I look I realized that steam just starts, then stops, then starts back up... and guess what? IT STOPS AGAIN. I even tried throttling the download speed lower than it actually is. Please help, this is really annoying

Edit: I also tried stopping DiagTrack in task manager with not luck

Try to Reinstall steam, it takes just 2 minutes.
You can keep all game data, just make sure you do if you try it.
