Is 8cores*3,8ghz. .. VS 6cores * 5ghz
They only diference is in price. AMD 1700 comes with OC cooler

It's not exactly the same. We've seen independent reviews show that Ryzen still has a solid lead in productivity and streaming and Intel still has a solid lead in single threaded and core clock
