If you can upgrade PSU go for 1060 or 1050ti, otherwise 1050 or 1030

Nothing wrong with the cpu, he could run a 1080 with it if he wanted to, go for a 1060 6gb if ur budget allows it, and a better psu 500watt+, later on down the road drop in another 8gb, and if u find a great deal on a used i7 4xxx series.

depends on your budget and what game you want to play. id say 1060 6gb is the highest gpu you could hit and min like gt 730 or gt 1030 for playing league only
