Guys, got myself a 1080, super happy with it, but damn dat coil whine though! Anyone else experiencing this? Had a 1060 from MSI in between and it didn´t have that issue. I read that this is apparently a problem with a lot of 1080s despite the manufacturer. What would you guys recommend,rmaing till I get one that has minimum to no coil whine, or is there a trick how to get rid of it? It´s just frustrating to pay so much for a card and then it´s just whining big time (as I am doing right now )

I got an open box strix from microcenter and have not had any issues with cool wine. In fact it's so quiet I thought it was defective at first lol

I have two 1080s that are both evga FTW edition and neither have had any coil whine and they OC well too.
