Guys can you help me out with this really frustrating problem

i have been trying to download the Battle net Blizzard Client and it just won't install just like this pic...it's just stuck there for a long time and what's really happening is that it's only creating endless "Log Files" with no end

anybody had this kind of problem before or have a solution ?

Been having issues with updates late lately too. Followed all fixes online with no success, and left it on for 6 hours and stayed at 0%. My internet is 220 mbps, so that's not the issue. Had to reinstall to get the last 3 updates lol
