Gotta question just got the game so I’m new to this is there a way or video to show how to download decal or make them and install into a car not the decal that the game have

It's all online.
Connect to Wi-Fi and go to "designs and paint" then click on "find designs" or check the community tab on the pause menu and there will be a vinyls option. It will bring up curated designs but you can search things
