I would go with a dual fan liquid cooler if you plan on oc. I regret getting the single. It does the job, but I know temps could still be better.

Don't go 7th Gen i5, either go R5 or 8th Gen i5.

4c / 4t sucks to be stuck with as it really limits your ability to multitask and record the occasional video without stutter. Some games don't like 4c / 4t either.
