First time builder here just workn my way out of consoles. Quick question, how do I connect multiple fans? I currently have 4x 140s as exhausts and 2x 140s and 2x120s as intakes. I have pin to Molex connectors do I just hook em all together and plug straight to psu? Or am I missing something? I know I have a few fans there but they look good in the ThermalTake view 71 case

It's best to just buy a fan hub with all connectors being 4-pin rather than daisy chain your fans to your PSU

You have fan plugs on your motherboard. You can control your fan speeds that way. Molex will make your fans run, but at top speed constantly. You can get a fan hub for >$20 and connect all your fans. Keep the cpu fan connected straight to a header though.
