Really good timing on pulling your blade out but next time wait for your dash and in the exact situation when you can't really see all that's going on dash up to get an overview and then drop down or dash to your target, but make sure they don't have any stuns/mobility abilities up or else it was most likely a wasted ult. Also go to the training arena and try to learn the slash/dash/slash action cancel so you can ez kill people.
