More damage with the bottom tree, also more dmg the more stacks you have.

You want the lower tree because it lets you hit precision shots with it.

lol you can do a full bar of a strike bosses health with a single precision shot goldy. Went in with 3 hunters that had celestial equipped, counted to 3 and boiiiii it had no clue what hit it.
