Does anyone know why my frame rates in fortnite br are so shit? The lobby screen with the halloween stuff is about 44fps and in game, inside houses i get 35ish-45ish. Its a low polly game and made by the creators of the engine. Dunno why it performs like that.

all my settings are max except for AA which is at x2

I have a 970, i7 4790k, 32gb ram, win 10, 1080p screen and the game is on a hard drive.

Maybe hitting the 3.5GB high bandwidth VRAM limit on the 970?

I have a 1060 3gb and rarely see fps drops

it runs awesome for me. i ren everything on epic except AA. Can you see VRAM usage? Or even cpu/gpu usage?

Gpu usage is at 100% but why? the game is low poly ffs. Vram is 2gb and cpu is 20% why does it only give 50 fps.
