Does anyone have any idea why I can only connect to a few websites? They all seem to be google based that actually do work. Ive tried so many things and nothing seems to work.

Try reinstalling your browsers and download opera or Firefox. Sounds like you have either extensions or add-blockers that prevents you from getting to certain websites. Also clear out blocked ports in your firewall.

The search engine is not the problem. You have settings that is blocking your access.

Its not letting me use steam, discord, load any games etc. ill see if the firewall is causing it

Factory reset your router. Do you know how? Like should be 192.168.0.1 admin/Password for login. Find the reset.

You can manually set the DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS) and see if that allows you to pull pages but if you do that go into command prompt and clear what you have currently.

cmd. ipconfig/flushdns then ipconfig/release then ipconfig/renew
