CPU and MotherBoard TEMPERATURE..

Guys.. I want to know if this CPU Fan will improve my PC Temperature..
--- I am not looking for Liquid or Water Cooling system.. I just want to know if this simple fan will do the work..
--- i only have STOCK cooler right now.. LOL.
--- I just saw this in our Online Store, and just wondering..
--- I am reading reviews that their 70 degrees went down to 40 degrees after they replaced their cpu fan with this..
--- Other comments said that their temps went down from 60 degrees to 40 degrees..

i am thinking.. My
CPU temp is 35 degrees
Mobo temp is 30 degrees.

Would this fan still help my CPU Temp to go down?
If yes, by how much?

Go with a cooler master 212 evo

But imo I would go with the
Hyper 212 evo or the dark rock 3

i only have STOCK right now.. i just saw this ON SALE and it's very cheap.. it's only 9 USD... however with the 212 evo, it is around 45 USD,,

my temp is low actually, compared to those i am seeing at 40C

yeah they are pretty good, i dont live in the us either and bought this cooler for 12$, while 212 was 34$ and it was worth it. made a big difference and was also quieter than stock cooler
