You need to master the technique to fly forever with Phara.
Just use half your fuel to go up, then use your jetpack so it fills back up to full and gently tap the button to hover instead of using all of your fuel at once. You'll find that when you run out of fuel your jetpack is back up.
Also, always ask yourself wether it's better to use fuel or jetpack to reach a high location, sometimes you may wanna keep the jetpack ability instead.
Standing on slanted rooftops won't refill your fuel but it will slow your descent and buy time to gain back the jetpack. You are also silent when sliding off of them.
Remember you can use your knockback to navigate the map faster, including the one from your rockets. Use this to come back from spawn quicker.
