Correct me if I'm wrong as I haven't played since before Brigitte was released, but basically her stun combo on Tracer is the equivalent of a McCree flash and headshot right? If that's the case don't you just bait her into using it and dodge it like with McCree or is it impossible to dodge?

It's possible but you'll have to use multiple blinks to kill her solo as she'll block all of your bullets

brigitte's shield bash is the easiest stun to hit in the game making it a lot harder to reliably dodge than brigitte tbh

also hitting a headshot on a tracer is harder than pulling off the combo, mostly if she gets stunned midair

Brigitte isn't a Tracer counter at all. At best, she can fend her off but like always, a skilled Tracer won't die to her. You can avoid nearly all her abilities and very easily kill her unless her teammates help.
