Take out the cooler and swap that 1600x for a 1600.
Then get a gtx 1060 6gb instead of the 3gb model.

Ryzen 1600 with stock cooler. Gtx 1060 6 GB. If you can stretch the budget then let everything be same but get the 6 GB 1060

dont buy the 1600x, get the non x and use its stock cooler.

get 8gb x2 3200 RAM and i would go for 1070
