ryzen 5 1400 or 1600 + gtx 1050 ti and upgrade later when the ethereum mining crash

Slightly over budget, but definitely worth the extra if you can afford it. Otherwise drop the CPU down to an R3 1200 or the GPU down to a 1050ti.

Don't get the fx series at this point, ryzen is leagues better at the same price and will have upgrade possibilities on the same socket later on
