Is there a way to use tree platforms as a base foundation on Xbox without a tree?

As long as you have access to Admin yes

Yes and admin can spawn in floating tree platforms for you

"cheat summon treeplatform_metal_sm_c" or "cheat summon treeplatform_wood_sm_c" neither of these need to be placed on ground either, you can spawn them in the sky.

These will spawn the platform in just make sure your in ghost mode

Summon treeplatform_metal_sm_c

Summon treeplatform_wood_sm_c

Will also need to use the givetome command to claim it

If your on rag you can build tree platforms in a cave around stalagmites
