I preordered from Amazon in the USA and got a code via email today that included 6 items including the course.

go to your shopto account, orders, click on everybodys golf order, should say activate dlc or something, click that and u get your code. did mine earlier

I was able to get the code and download it, but still haven't seen it in the game. They made it easy!
