Sm4sh and Melee will be there.
Last year Pokkén was also there and this year ARMS was a nominee to be part of EVO but didnt make it.

Arms might have been too new. It does come out in a couple weeks and people will need time to get good at it and work out good strategies so I'm not surprised it isn't part of it.
