Anyone have any idea why this is happening? When power is first turned on i get a solid red cpu light and pc won't post, cut the power and wait for the green light to go out, turn it back on and it works.

check everything is plugged onto the motherboard properly.... and check the ram specifically if the contacts are oxidized, eraser it
