I haven't figured out how to fish or ride a cart yet...maybe it's only in the online mode. I haven't been online yet because I'm building skills in tournaments first.

Dangit! I don't play online :( At least not yet but it should be an offline feature too :(

You have to be a Vs character to unlock it
