I deleted it then download the version with beta on it and it works perfectly

I do sometimes like it just happened to me! Whenever it does it I just close out the App and do a hard reset on the Xbox and then it works

Yuppers, Don't have a proper algorithm to fix it, just seems to work when it wants to

Hard reset worked this time. Last time it didn't though. But it's working now.. thanks for the help people

Hard shut down and unplug power cord and plug it back in. It's worked everytime recently for me

I just have instant on turned off and it always works. It's pretty much doing a hard reset every time I turn it on so you might try that

I just hard reset my Xbox close app. Wait a few seconds. Turn back on and it works for me
