Anybody else have the issue where if they go to the New Tower, you're stuck at the gunsmith and you never load in?

I get a black screen while loading from time to time. I can hear all the hustle and bustle of the tower but just wont load. If you can access your map you can again select the only fast travel location at the tower. It then loads properly for me.

I had black screens and random freezes simply disabled all startup programs that show in the bottom right and never had an issue since

Just let the game sit for a few minutes, you should spawn in. Works for me when I have a blank screen but can here everything.
