all usb port are not working. I try to update but it failed. I can't install my driver because all port are not working and I'm using portable cd rom.

The services may be stopped try to restart service's

Down load on friends pc. Plug your HDD in and copy across. Put your HDD back in your pc and the drivers will be there to install.
