Edit: The monitor I am talking about is HP Omen series with G Synch.

Go for Asus Rog PG279Q. I am getting this one. G-Sync , 1440p, 165Hz . 27 inch.

It depends of the panel. A fast IPS panel is much better than a TN one. But of course that comes with a price. Maybe those lower prices some of you are showing are because those are not IPS panel. For me I preffer an IPS because of the great image quality. Once you have one, you don't want something lower than an IPS.
