Considering this game is optimized as if a baboon had done the optimization job, that does not sound too bad. With a 1070 I get 50-60 in average while in the Witcher 3 I get 110, BF1 is 100 and many others are 120+.

At what resolution? And what size tv? 4k on a 55" at 40fps is pretty good. Just think if you run an Xbox One X on a much smaller screen like you would a pc.
